LipTox Policies

•We are  by appointment ONLY – NO walk-ins.

 

• To book an appointment please use the “Booking” tab or text (602) 429-9909 . 

​

• A $40.00 deposit will be collected at the time of booking and will be applied towards your final treatment cost.

 

• No deposit = No appointment.

 

• If you are a no-call/no-show to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you are a no-call/no-show twice, you will be restricted from booking with us -If you late reschedule or no-show your appointment you injector may text you the morning of your appointment to confirm your appointment and if you do not respond, you appointment will be a cancelled 2 hours prior to your appointment time 

 

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. You will need to rebook another appointment.

• To cancel or change an appointment,  TEXT (602)429-9909 at least 48 hours in advance or risk losing your deposit.

​

Deposits are only transferrable one time if rescheduling an appointment.

 

• Absolutely no children younger than 10 years old may accompany you to your appointment. If you arrive with children younger than 10, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be lost. 

 

• A two week follow-up will only be scheduled if a touch up is necessary. (i.e. lips are uneven or client requires an additional 2-4 units of tox for symmetry)

 

• If you try to book using our booking portal and are unable to do so, please DM or TEXT (602)429-9909 and we will assist you. If you cannot find availability that suits your needs, please contact us via DM or TEXT as we may be able to accommodate your needs. 

 

• Our injectors do accept tip, but a *5 star* google review is preferred in lieu of gratuity.
